नई दिल्ली,एजेंसी-13 फरवरी। रेल मंत्री मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे द्वारा बुधवार को लोकसभा में प्रस्तुत आगामी कारोबारी वर्ष के अंतरिम रेल बजट में यात्री या माल ढुलाई किराया नहीं बढ़ाया गया है। साथ ही 72 नई रेलगाड़ियां चलाने तथा पूर्वोत्तर के दो राज्यों को रेल नेटवर्क से जोड़ने की घोषणा की गई है। यह उनका प्रथम और वर्तमान संयुक्त प्रगतिशील गठबंधन (संप्रग) सरकार का आखिरी रेल बजट है। खड़गे ने किराया तय करने के लिए एक नया निकाय बनाने का वादा किया और कहा कि पूर्वी तथा पश्चिमी माल ढुलाई गलियारे पर काम अच्छी तरह से चल रहा है। रेल मंत्री ने कुल मिलाकर 14 मिनट में अपने अंतरिम बजट भाषण का एक हिस्सा पढ़ा और उसके बाद अंतरिम रेल बजट तथा अगले कारोबारी साल के चार महीने के लिए लेखानुदान सहित अन्य संबंधित दस्तावेजों को सदन के पटल पर रख दिया। उन्होंने 72 नई रेलगाड़ियां शुरू करने की घोषणा की, जिसमें शामिल होंगी 17 प्रीमियम रेलगाड़ियां, 38 एक्सप्रेस रेलगाड़ियां, 10 पैसेंजर रेलगाड़ियां, चार उपनगरीय रेल सेवा और तीन मध्य दूरी की अंतरशहरी डीजल लोकोमोटिव। उन्होंने कहा कि वित्तीय कठिनाइयों के बाद …

The UPA government had decided to divide Andhra Pradesh and create Telangana and Seemandhra. Telangana is that part of the state with dominance of Telugu people whereas Seemandhra is not. If the bifurcation happens then Hyderabad will go to Telengana part but will remain the joint capital of both the states for 11 years. Shivansh Jauhri, Khabar India Network-31st january –The world is watching Geneva II talks on Syria where for the first time a regime and the opposition are face to face to negotiate terms. The Syrian government, after facing three years of brutal civil war is trying to find a possible solution. Also, for the first time, India has been invited to this forum to deliberate Syria’s future. Interestingly India hasn’t been grouped with either the American camp or the Russian camp. Although India might have an official poison on the negotiations, it has largely viewed this conflict from a global perspective. The negotiations will continue for some time as both the sides are stalemated. During this time India can use this opportunity to assess where the negotiations are heading to, where the tide is turning, and how can India benefit from it. Despite the divergent views on this crisis, the Syrian impasse is no simple issue of democracy. This conflict is religious, ethnic and economic as much as it is political.
